Schedule Templates is a set-up to be able to generate schedules from a pre-set list of information
For example, like Default shifts, Basic shift time, when you create a new schedule, you copy these templates to the employee
Go to Admin -> Scheduler Setup -> Schedule Templates

To create a new schedule template, click on Add new

In the Base Settings, choose a department using the drop-down arrow

Fill in the fields in Schedule Template and save the template
Name the Schedule Template | Description |
Choose the Day | Depending on the shift starts |
Manager & Employee Group | Choose the group depending on the shift template |
Maximum Budget | Enter the budget fixed for this shift |
Manage Open shifts | Choose if Open shifts are available or not |
Cost Centre | Select the cost centres for the scheduler from the cost centre |
Additional cost centre | Select if additional cost centres are required for the schedule (If applicable) |
Automatically Generate schedule from template | Select if the template needs to be generated automatically |
Automatically Post schedule | Select if the schedule should be posted automatically |
Shift Display Options | Fill in if the employee needs to view Label Format & Cost centre |
