The new rehearsal room racks now have the ability to input SDI and HDMI. If you have any issues, please submit a help-desk ticket by emailing help.av@nida.edu.au. In the Rehearsal Room racks, there is the following:

Roland XS-42H Matrix Switcher
Denon DN-300BR Bluetooth Receiver
Australian Monitor MX82 Audio Mixer

IO Rack Panel
Computer
To use the computer, turn it on in the rack, and select Input 1 on the Output 2 row of the Roland Switcher. Then turn on the TV with the provided remote, if it is not already on.
For Audio, turn the knob labeled PC/HDMI/SDI on the Mixer. If you are having issues, try turning on the Audio Mixer, or the Power Amplifier.
Laptop/HDMI input
To use the provided HDMI fly lead, first plug it into your laptop/camera, then select Input 2 on the Output 2 row of the Roland Switcher. Then turn on the TV with the provided remote, if it is not already on.
The HDMI lead also carries audio, so all you need to do is turn the knob labeled PC/HDMI/SDI on the Mixer. If you are having issues, try turning on the Audio Mixer, or the Power Amplifier.
SDI
To use SDI, you will need to provide an SDI lead for your device. Select Input 3 on the Output 2 of the Roland Switcher. Then turn on the TV with the provided remote, if it is not already on.
SDI also carries audio, so all you need to do is turn the knob labeled PC/HDMI/SDI on the Mixer. If you are having issues, try turning on the Audio Mixer, or the Power Amplifier.
