• Bottomline surplus/deficit amount for Departmental Budget needs to align to the Budget envelop

• From now on, we are doing three year budget. Current year budget is done via entries to various input templates. The next two year budget is done at high-level

• Departments can also request a Capex budget through project template. The request will be subject to CFO review and approval
