Technical Operations is the last resort for troubleshooting show-specific systems. Please ensure you have gone through normal troubleshooting steps first, then your mentors, tutors and course leaders are available for the initial support and troubleshooting. Venue standard lighting fixtures should all be colour coded to the venue. If you have some that are not, please notify tech ops prior to installing the fixture.
