This workflow requires that you have already have access to the video in Echo.
This may be from someone sharing the video with you, or you having uploaded the video to Echo,
(To upload a video to Echo, see one of the following workflows to do this:After upload or sharing, this video will be located in your personal Echo library

[230121 YET TO BE RESOLVED
Not yet sure what the advantage is in adding videos to classes except to keep a record of which videos are related to the Canvas course that’s attached to the section that the classes are in. In other words, at the moment the only advantage appears to be that you can keep tabs on which videos are related to a given Canvas course, but this seems to provide no advantage in terms of making it easier to link to videos from Canvas
For this reason, since there appears to be no link between adding videos to classes and being able to then link the videos in these classes to a Canvas course, the only additional workflow steps I can add at this point is to describe an alternative method of creating simple links and embed codes for a video that the methods described in the other workflows. This alternative method is:
Go to the user’s Echo library via the ‘My Echo360 Library’ screen on any Canvas page. In the Library tab on this screen, open the Media dropdown if necessary so that the video thumbnails can be seen. Click on the three dots to the bottom right of a video and select Share then select the ‘Link’ tab to start sharing via a link. Then follow the options on the Link tab to create either a simple link or get embed code to paste into the Canvas page’s html]
WORKFLOW
Go to a Canvas course you have been enrolled in
Go to the ‘My Echo360 Library’ screen
Click on the Library tab if you are not already on this tab
Search for the video in your personal Echo library
Click the 3 dots to the bottom right of the video and select the Share option
Select the Class tab to begin sharing to an Echo class
Select the course in the course-section-class hierarchy that the class should be added to.
Share it to a new class related to the relevant Canvas course. Now it has been shared in the course-section-class hierarchy

Now that you have added a video to the course-section-class hierarchy, link to this video from Canvas using the C.2. Linking to an Echo from Canvas workflow
