Notes specific to this workflow
Adding users to a collection is not the same as sharing a collection. To share a collection, you need to add other users to your collection. However once shared, you may want to add further users to the collection.
However, as for the D.3 ‘Sharing a collection' workflow, ensure you add any people who will add videos to this collection using the Contributor role only to avoid accidental deletion of videos from the collection
