Notes specific to this workflow

• With the migration of content from Canvas Studio to Echo in December 2022/January 2023, many Studio videos needed to be given new owners. Given time constraints, assumptions were made about who would be the most appropriate new owners. New owners of these videos will likely have a better idea of who is best to receive some of these videos.

• Echo currently doesn’t provide the ability for non-admins to transfer ownership of Echo videos. This workflow is thus available to NIDA’s Echo admins only

  • please ask them to move the video to the new owner/s

  • this is best done in bulk, so providing a list of all videos and their new owners would be appreciated
