  1. Log-in

Website - https://hub.stageandscreen.travel/SsoSp/SpInit?clientid=NIDA ( SSO link)

Username - Enter NIDA e-mail address and click “next”

2. Make Booking

On log-in Dashboard of stage & screen - click on “ Click Here “ option to make a booking

Redirects you to SAVI page as shown in below image

Click on New Booking option on top right side of the page

There are 4 simple steps to make a savi booking

  1. Set up

  • Choose the city you travelling to

  • Choose the Date, Time you would like to travel

  • Choose the Return date

  • You can choose pickup option, Stay option to the city your travelling

  • Click on Remove if not needed

  • If you think to cancel the booking click on “ Discard Itinerary”

  • If you like to continue click on “Continue to Itinerary”

2. Itinerary

  • In Itinerary please select if you selected Pickup, Transfer , Accomdation

  • If not, just select the airtickets which suits your budget

3.Extras

  • In extras you can select the Seats, extra baggage, Meal variety.

Process to confirm the Booking

Stage and Screen

  • Bookings must be made by Bookers in the system.

  • All the bookings must be made according to the approved budget of their respective departments

  • Please select if you have any Allowances like Meal allowance, Travel allowance ( if available for your department)

  • Once all details are entered and fare is finalised please save this booking as Draft

Workplace

  • Requistion is raised in workplace according to the fare

  • Approval should be made by the respective department heads or the person responsible for the costcentre as the requistion raised in workplace is through costcentre

  • Once the approval is made, PO is processed with the unique number

Stage & Screen

  • Booker enters the PO number raised in workplace and complete the booking saved in Draft

  • Booking is done

  • All bookings must be approved by approver or manager of the booker in stage & screen

Note : All bookings saved in Draft are holded untill midnight of that particular day, if the approver didn’t approve and proceed with the booking , bookings held in draft are discarded or Cancelled automatically.

De-activate of Account

  • In profiles - Click on Manage Profiles

  • In manage Profiles, select the account needs to de-activated

  • Click on the account and select De-activate

Edit existing profile information

  • Click on Administration

  • Click on Change an existing profile

  • Select the profile you would like to make the changes

  • Click Edit profile

  • Make the changes and Click on Save

To add the User - No admin Access

With Admin Access

  • Go to the left corner menu and click on ADMIN and Create New Profiles

  • Fill in the Information, and Tick if you are the Travel arranger

Delete a Profile:-

  • Select the “Admin” section > click on “Profile Manager” on the side bar

Note:- Need elevated permissions to be able to view or manage profiles

  • Identify the Profile to delete

  • click on cross “X” to delete
