1. Click on Items
2. Type in the barcode on the asset
3. Click on the correct asset
4. Click on "unflagged"
5. All the flag option will appeare
6. Click on Tech Ops Broken Equipment
7. Please include the follow information Any reasons/symptoms as to why this item might be broken Any troubleshooting steps already performed. Where you have dropped off the item. Please add a photo as well
8. Add a photo
9. Click on Set flag
10. The item will now show as unavailable and flagged as broken
