Introducing CHEQROOM at NIDA: Streamlining Equipment Management

NIDA is committed to enhancing equipment management with an emphasis on efficiency, cost-reduction, and user empowerment. Our strategy involves asset tracking, simplified reservations, maintenance logging, and spending control.

Cheqroom will replace TrackSeal as our central system, integrating assets across departments including Tech-Ops, Costumes, and IT as our major users but more to come. We're providing thorough training and robust support for a smooth transition. Our focus is on key assets, omitting buildings, low-value items, and consumables.

We're mindful of staff workloads and budget limitations as we upgrade our equipment management processes for a broad spectrum of departments and our student body.
