If you have a piece of broken equipment, please do the following

  1. Take the broken equipment to either outside AV on Level 1, or outside Tech Prep in the basement.

  2. Submit a helpdesk ticket via either logging into helpdesk.nida.edu.au or sending an email to help.techops@nida.edu.au. In this ticket please specify the following:

    1. The equipment that is faulty

    2. The asset code / or serial number of the item

    3. Any reasons/symptoms as to why this item might be broken

    4. Any troubleshooting steps already performed.

    5. Where you have dropped off the item.

  3. Wait for the confirmation email with the ticket number, then using the provided labels, write the ticket number on the label then stick it on the broken equipment.
