'How to' - Making a reservation
Step by Step:
Web Application
Access the Reservation Panel: Go to 'Reservations' and click 'New Reservation' in the top-right corner.
Create a Title: Optionally add a title for your reservation, like a project name or your name.
Set a Location: If you have access to multiple locations, set the one where the equipment is currently located.
Choose Pickup and Return Dates: Select the date and time for picking up and returning the equipment.
Add a Contact: Include yourself or someone else who will use the equipment.
Add Extra Information: If needed, you can add custom fields.
Add Items or Kits: Search and add the items or kits you need.
Optional Steps: Write a comment, upload files, or add a colored label to your booking.
Finalise: Click ‘Reserve’ when you're ready.
Mobile Application
Open the App and Start a New Reservation: Click 'New reservation' on the dashboard.
Location and Dates: Add the location (automatically filled if you have only one) and the 'From' and 'To' dates.
Add a Contact: Specify who the equipment is for.
Add Items or Kits: Scan the item or search for it in the list, then add it to the reservation.
Complete the Reservation: Review and click 'Reserve'.
