How to log in to the application
Step 1:
Log in to the application using the link “User Log-in.”
Sign-in using your NIDA e-mail address ( Firstname.Lastname@nida.edu.au)
Step 2:
Click on “Next “
Enter Password : Your NIDA e-mail Password ( Use to log-in to you nIDA account)
Step 3:
Verify your identity using the Authenticator app or how you set-up MFA to identify
Step 4:
Once you verify the identity using your app
Click “Yes” to Stay Signed in
It redirects you to the main page of MyNIDA
To change the password
Go to -> My Info -> My Information -> Change Password
Forgot Password:
To reset your password, log in to MyNIDA using your Username and click on Forgot your password
The page re-directs you to the Reset Password page. Enter your Username and click continue
At any point, if you remember your password, you can go back to the log-in page using the Back to Account log-in option
The page directs you to the Security question set up during the account set-up, which helps you to change the password. Click on continue
