Access Voicemail from Desk Phone

We have setup Voicemails to be forwarded to relevant users NIDA email address where any users could hear voicemail directly from the email notification send with Voicemails.

You will be notified who has send you voicemail which should come from NIDA Voicemail (unityconnection@nidamail.local) send as Voice message.

However, if you want to access Voicemails from your Desk phone please follow following instructions.

To access your voicemails on the Cisco desk phone, follow these steps:

  1. Press the Voicemail Button: Locate and press the Voicemail button on your phone. This button is usually marked with an envelope icon.

  1. Enter Your PIN: When prompted, enter your voicemail PIN. If you haven't set up a PIN, you may need to follow the instructions provided by your administrator.

  2. Listen to Voicemails: Follow the voice prompts to listen to your voicemails. You can also save, delete, or forward messages as needed.
