Tech Ops Booking Procedure (Cheqroom)

Tech Ops Booking Procedure (Cheqroom)

If you need Technical equipment for a project, production, class or assignment you can browse and reserve via Cheqroom. Reservations generally require 7 days notice for equipment to be confirmed and ready for pick up.

General Cheqroom guides and information can be found here Cheqroom - Staff and Student User Guides

If there needs to be a change to the booking, let Tech Ops know immediately using the helpdesk email.

All Cheqroom reservations start out ‘Waiting for Approval’ as all requests need to be confirmed based on the operational needs of NIDA overall.

If there is less than 7 days' notice we may not be able to accommodate your request.
