Advanced interface - Adding favourites in the top menus

The following steps are only available to power users and admins in ASIMUT


You can set your own favourites to show in the Persons and Locations menus. Here’s an example

 

  1. Click on ‘Personalise menus’ in the ASIMUT menu

  2. Click the button for the particular menu you want to customise - Categories, Locations, Persons or Tags

  3. Drag an item to the left to add it to your menu, or drag it from the left to the right if you want to remove it.
    Use the Sort button if you want your favourites listed alphabetically.
    Then click on the Save button.

If you select the ‘Save as global default’ button, the currently saved items will be added to the menus for all other NIDA admins and power users who haven't customised their menus yet.
