NIDA's mission is to create a seamless asset management system that empowers students and staff while reducing costs. Our objectives are to track assets, simplify booking, record maintenance, and curb unnecessary spending.
Our solution includes a user-friendly system accessible to all stakeholders, with CHEQROOM as our partner.
We'll implement CHEQROOM, retire TrackSeal, and import assets like Technical Operations gear, Costumes, ICT equipment, and more. Comprehensive training and support resources are part of the plan.While our focus is on essential assets, we'll exclude building assets, low-value items, and consumables.
We work with key assumptions and acknowledge constraints like staff workload and budgets. We're modernising equipment management for departments such as Costume, Facilities, FOH, IT, Corporate, Open, Scenic Construction, TTSM, Tech Ops, VET, and, of course, our students.
