Set Up 2FA
2-factor Authentication is required in order to secure your account.
New Accounts
Open the Password Manager
Click on the green “Microsoft Azure SSO” button
If this is the first time you are using the password manager in this browser, you will be prompted to check the fingerprint of the server in order to ensure you are connecting to the correct server.

Click Approve if the fingerprint is correct.
If you are not signed in to your NIDA Microsoft Account in your browser, you will be redirected to the NIDA Microsoft Account sign in page. Sign in with your NIDA email address and password.You will then be redirected to set up 2-factor Authentication.
Click on the Configure button next to “Google Authenticator”Click on the “Add” button at the top right corner of the popup
In the Title field, enter a name to describe the device you are setting 2FA up on.
Then click the Generate button.Open your Authenticator app on your mobile device, click the Add button then “Other”
Scan the generated QR code on screen with your mobile device
Click the “Scan the code and then click here” button
Get a 6-digit code from your Authenticator app and enter it into the “Code” field.
Then click Validate.You should be taken to the home page
