The NIDA salary tables are updated annually to reflect approved changes to the NIDA Salaries. These tables are owned and managed by People and Culture and uploading to the NIDA Intranet here - https://nidaau.sharepoint.com/sites/Intranet/SitePages/Awards.aspx
Pay Grades form the in system rate table for permanent staff and should be updated each year to reflect the NIDA Salaries. Whilst Pay Grades do not directly impact what a permanent staff member is paid, they provide useful information to review the history of NIDA salaries and can be used to check alignment of base compensation with expected salaries.
Pay Grades can be updated via an import file, uploaded here - Imports > HR > Pay Grades. A sample file with the required information can be found here - .
