Process Flow Chart

 

 

Once the Employee Terminated from MyNIDA – HR opens the Checklist for Off-boarding an Employee, automatically send the notifications to Manager1, 2, All HR & IT Employees, Payroll, Facilities.

 

Checklists are accessed via the bell icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

 

 

Step 1: Click on the Bell Icon – This page shows you My to do items , My notifications, My Checklists

 

 

Step 2: In this screen, the user can access the Off- boarding checklist by selecting my checklist, then clicking “Open Checklist”

 

 

 

Employee Tasks

Offboarding Checklist contains 4 tasks for employees: Instructions, Exit Survey, Return Assets and Handover.

Return Assets

Handover

 

Manager & Other User tasks

Tasks to be completed by users other than the employee will require confirmation once submitted.

HR Tasks

Once all checklist items are complete, HR will proceed with terminating the employee via a To Do Item.
