07. Schedule Settings

 

Schedule Settings form the conditions that will be used within a Schedule.

A Schedule is a roster that displays all shifts assigned to employees within the departments advised in the Schedule Settings.

Schedule Settings have already been created for all existing departments at NIDA. These won’t need to be recreated; however, the below process is to be followed if a new department is created at NIDA.

Note: Permanent employees do not use Advanced Schedules. For more information on permanent employee scheduling processes, please review Scheduling Process – Permanent Staff.

Go to Admin -> Scheduler Setup -> Schedule Settings

 

 To Create a new schedule setting click on Add New

In New Schedule Settings Choose

Name: Choose the profile name ( New name )

Cycle start date: Choose the date from when cycle date starts

Cycle length: Choose cycle length

Fill in all the appropriate details required for the new schedule
