Associating ID Cards for Print Services

In order to access printer services (printing, copying and scanning to email), you must sign in to your NIDA account on the printer/photocopier.

All NIDA photocopiers are equipped with card readers to make sign-ins more effortless. You can associate your NIDA ID card (or any compatible contact-less card) with your account.

Follow these steps to associate your card with your NIDA printing account:

  1. Tap your ID card over the card reader with the wireless logo.

    This can be found to the left of the screen on Photocopiers.

     

  2. Enter your NIDA username (e.g. jane.citizen) and password. Then tap “Log In”.

     

  3. After associating your card, tap your card on the card reader again to sign in.
